ProductPost Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ProductPost, a web application operated by Heart Of Beauty Future Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. for creating, reviewing, downloading, and publishing product videos. By using ProductPost, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

ProductPost allows authorized users to create a project from a product URL, image, or written brief; generate creative directions and videos with AI; review and download generated files; and connect supported third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads for creator-controlled publishing.

Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable depending on your account, region, provider availability, third-party review status, or applicable platform rules.

Accounts and authorization

You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize ProductPost to use the permissions you approve solely to provide the requested integration. You can revoke that access. You must follow the third party's terms, policies, and community guidelines.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of product images, scripts, videos, captions, and other content you provide, subject to rights held by others. You grant ProductPost a limited license to host, process, transform, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for all content, products, brands, music, likenesses, claims, and links you submit or publish. ProductPost is not a source of licenses for third-party product media, music, trademarks, or copyrighted material.

AI-generated output and human review

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, distorted, incomplete, or unsuitable. ProductPost requires a review decision before a generated video can enter the publishing flow, but you remain responsible for the final review and use of every output.

You must check product identity, visible text, safety, claims, disclosures, intellectual-property rights, and compliance with applicable advertising and platform rules. Do not rely on ProductPost for legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice.

Third-party platform publishing

ProductPost is an independent service and is not endorsed by TikTok or Meta. Each destination platform controls account eligibility, scopes, privacy options, moderation, rate limits, post availability, and API access.

Before posting, you must preview the video, edit or confirm the caption, choose from the privacy options TikTok makes available, select allowed interaction settings, provide required commercial-content disclosures, and explicitly confirm the applicable music and branded-content policies. ProductPost marks videos generated within the service as AI-generated when sending a Direct Post request.

TikTok may delay, restrict, reject, remove, or relabel a post. ProductPost cannot guarantee publication, public visibility, reach, engagement, or sales.

Regional availability

ProductPost's TikTok integration is not available in mainland China. It is available only to eligible users in countries and regions where TikTok officially operates. ProductPost does not support use from mainland-China IP addresses and does not provide or promote methods to bypass TikTok's regional restrictions.

ProductPost's legal operator is incorporated in Shenzhen, China. That corporate location does not mean that the TikTok integration is available to mainland-China users. The integration is intended only for eligible users located in TikTok-supported regions.

Prohibited use

You may not use ProductPost to:

• upload, generate, or publish content you do not have the right to use;
• make false, misleading, deceptive, or unsupported product claims;
• impersonate others, manipulate engagement, send spam, or coordinate inauthentic behavior;
• evade platform review, rate limits, safety systems, or account restrictions;
• distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, probe private networks, or interfere with the service;
• promote illegal goods, counterfeit products, prohibited industries, abuse, exploitation, or harmful conduct; or
• violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, advertising rules, or platform policies.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable rules have been violated.

Fees

Some features may require credits or a paid plan. Prices, included usage, renewal terms, and taxes will be shown before purchase. Except where required by law or stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable after the associated service has been consumed.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ProductPost reliable, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis. AI, storage, payment, authentication, and social-platform providers may fail or change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProductPost is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or specific business results. ProductPost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, where such limitations are permitted.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify ProductPost from claims arising from your content, published posts, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using ProductPost, disconnect third-party accounts, and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as ProductPost evolves. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
